Visited hotel for business trip and stayed for one night. The staff was hospitable, food was good and rooms were clean and comfortable, though slightly on a smaller side. Hotel had good open space. The only window that my room had was towards the stairs of the hotel - so practically no window. I would have loved to have a room with a better view I lost the room key and I was informed that the replacement will be charged at Rs200, that was weird - but later it was not billed to me

Probably the only true blue hotel with bar and restaurant of Cachar. Located on Club Road in Silchar (named after the club), it exhibits a lot of old world charm with contemporary trappings. The walls, rooms and banisters tell the old world story while the foyer, reception, bar and dining hall spell modernity. The staff is well behaved and exude charm and warmth and make you feel welcome. Very easy to locate on google map and otherwise, the Cachar Club has a decent parking space within its gated premises.

Undoubtedly the best in town. Despite its historic legacy, location in prime centre of the city, the restaurant was fairly priced.. dhal costed 185, kadai sabji or paneer @385 and mutton (kosha pathar) rs 495. Just that tandoori roti is Rs 75.. but one wouldn't mind the price for the ambience.. quantity was sumptuous and taste was top notch.. the best fine dine in silchar that i experienced

Went for lunch with family, food was good and hygienic. 17yrs back my marriage ceremony took place in Cachar Club, that time the building was old and it was made in the British era. After that the old building was demolished and concert building was built. Old building was beautiful also new building is beautifully built. Not experienced stay-in in cachar club so have no idea about rooms and service.

It was my first time in Hotel Cachhar Club had a very good experience it was an overnight stay the entire staff was very polite and courteous especially Biju the Housekeeping Supervisor and Sudam from the Room Service. The Front office was very prompt in their response. The restaurant has a very good atmosphere and a very good serving staff, though a few dishes were overpriced but the food was very excellent.The Entire Support team at Hotel Cachhar Club was awesome they would go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Had A Very Good Staying Experience would come again in near future.

I was happy to conduct a Training program for my client L&T at this place. The facility is good and service offered was excellent. They have a very spacious hall which we used for our program. Their food and service was also excellent. I would highly recommend this place to any corporate that's looking for a good training or conference venue at Silchar. Had visited Silchar for the first time. Chose to stay at Cachar club. Had a comfortable stay. I liked the food vis-a-vis other food joints in the city mainly because it was moderate on oil. Housekeeping is prompt. Delivery of food takes some time as it is prepared based on the order. Proximity to the local market is a huge help.
